Executive management

Andrew Dudum is our Chief Executive Officer and a member of our board of directors. He co-founded Hims and has been the Chief Executive Officer and a director since September 2016. Before Hims, he co-founded startup studio and investment fund Atomic Labs. He has since played an integral role in developing a dozen innovative companies including Bungalow, Homebound, TalkIQ, and Terminal as the fund's General Partner. A serial founder at his core, he continues to grow as an active angel investor and valued advisor to various startup companies, such as Cherubic Ventures, a China and U.S. based early-stage venture capital firm. 2020 saw Dudum appear on Fortune’s 40 Under 40 list. He received a B.A. in Management and Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Yemi Okupe is our Chief Financial Officer. He brings to Hims & Hers a wealth of experience in financial leadership positions at high-growth, B2C companies that have successfully transformed entire industries. From 2019 to 2021, Yemi served as a Divisional CFO at Uber, first in charge of UberEats – one of the largest food delivery platforms in the world – and later of Uber’s global mobility unit, which included ridesharing, transit, and micro mobility services across 60 countries. Yemi has also served in a number of financial leadership positions at eBay and PayPal – including as Divisional CFO of Braintree – and Google, where he was the finance lead for Google Payments and Google Express. He is a graduate of Stanford Business School.

Mike Chi is our Chief Operating Officer. He joined Hims & Hers in April 2021. Mike has over 20 years of experience in consumer focused businesses and brings deep expertise in brand positioning, growth marketing, product management and merchandising strategy. Previously, he was the Chief Marketing Officer at Zola, a suite of online wedding planning tools. He was also the Vice President of Marketing and digital experience at INTERMIX and held various senior positions across marketing and general management at Gilt Groupe. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.A. from Brown University.

Mo Elshenawy is our Chief Technology Officer. He joined Hims & Hers in May 2025. He has over two decades of experience in the technology sector, leading large-scale AI, product, and engineering teams across mobility, e-commerce, and cloud. Previously, as the President and CTO at Cruise, a self-driving vehicle company owned by General Motors, Mo led the organization through critical phases across regulatory, operations, and technical development to launch and scale the first commercial driverless rideshare service in San Francisco. He also held senior leadership roles at Amazon, where he led global engineering for the company’s ReCommerce business and led the creation of retail data analytics platforms that powered hundreds of millions in revenue. He holds more than 10 patents across AI, robotics, and autonomous vehicles.

Soleil Teubner Boughton is our Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary and oversees our legal, compliance, and public policy activities. Soleil has been with the Company since October 2018, and brings nearly two decades of healthcare law experience to Hims & Hers. Soleil was in-house healthcare counsel for Google’s Cloud Healthcare & Life Sciences from October 2017-October 2018. Prior to that, Soleil was a Partner in the Healthcare & Life Sciences group of Jones Day, where she represented digital health companies, hospitals, health systems and other healthcare and life sciences companies across all aspects of a company’s life cycle. Soleil holds a B.A. in Public Policy Analysis/Anthropology from Pomona College, and a J.D. from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law.

Dr. Patrick Carroll is our Chief Medical Officer, a role he re-joined in December 2022, after having served in the same role at Hims & Hers and its predecessors from June 2019 through January 2022. In this role, he oversees all matters pertaining to provision of care, clinical outcomes, patient safety, healthcare information systems and strategic initiatives and programs that enhance the Hims & Hers care model. He previously was the Chief Medical Officer of Vida Health, a virtual care company designed to treat mental and physical conditions together. Prior to rejoining Hims, he served as Chief Medical Officer of Vida HealthCare and WHOOP and was the Group Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Walgreens Company from May 2014 to June 2019. Prior to joining Walgreens, Dr. Carroll served in various roles at Integrated Care Partners, Hartford HealthCare and Granite Medical Group. Dr. Carroll received his bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross and his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School. He is Board Certified in Family Practice and in Adolescent Medicine.

Deb Autor is our Chief Policy Officer, a role she assumed in November 2025. She has been a member of our board of directors since November 2024. Ms. Autor is also a Board Director of Amneal Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (AMRX) and Chair of the Board of the FDA Alumni Association. She has also served as CEO of strategic regulatory consulting firms Healthcare Innovation Catalysts, Inc. and Autor Strategies, LLC. Ms. Autor was previously a Board member of Pardes Biosciences, Inc. (PRDS); the Antimicrobial Resistance Industry Alliance; and the Parenteral Drug Association. She has also served as a Scientific Advisory Council Member of the Centre for Innovation in Regulatory Science and as an Advisory Board Member of the United States Pharmacopoeia Quality Institute. From 2019-2021, Ms. Autor was Global Head of Regulatory Excellence at AstraZeneca, where she led regulatory operations, policy and intelligence for AstraZeneca submissions globally. Before joining AstraZeneca, Ms. Autor served at Mylan N.V. from 2013-2019, where she was Head of Strategic Global Quality and Regulatory Policy and Head of Global Quality. Ms. Autor was a senior leader at the FDA from 2001-2013, most recently as Deputy Commissioner for Global Regulatory Operations and Policy where she oversaw all FDA inspections, criminal investigations and international operations for human and veterinary drugs, biologics, medical devices, tobacco and food. Before that, Ms. Autor served as Director of the Office of Compliance of the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, leading enforcement and policy making for requirements relating to drug approval; current good manufacturing practices (GMP); human subject protection and bioresearch monitoring (GCP); pharmacy compounding; import and export; and recalls, among others. Before joining the FDA, Ms. Autor was a Trial Attorney in the Office of Consumer Litigation of the U.S. Department of Justice, where she litigated civil and criminal cases on behalf of the FDA. Ms. Autor received a Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Columbia University, Barnard College.

Dheerja Kaur is our Chief Product Officer. She joined Hims & Hers in July 2025. She has nearly two decades of experience building category-defining products and services. She most recently served as VP of Product at Robinhood, where she played a pivotal role in scaling their business and led Robinhood Gold, a premium membership offering that has reached over 3 million subscribers and fundamentally reshaped how consumers access financial tools. Prior to her role at Robinhood, she served as Chief Product Officer at The Skimm, where she redefined how millennial women access, understand, and share news across mobile, audio, and video.

Dan Kenger is our Chief Design Officer. He joined Hims & Hers in March 2020. Dan has over 15 years of experience leading creative teams across digital, marketing, packaging, user experience design and development, and content production. Prior to Hims & Hers, Dan was the VP of Creative at Pattern Brands and oversaw all creative output for the company’s collection of brands, including Open Spaces. Pattern was born out of the agency Gin Lane, where Dan was a partner and worked for more than 10 years. Dan has a BA from the University of Michigan.
