Kathy Beiser is our Chief Communications Officer. She joined Hims & Hers in February 2026 with decades of experience launching, building and elevating brands in highly regulated industries. Kathy previously served as the Chief Communications Officer for Discover, Kaiser Permanente, and, most recently, Eli Lilly and Company; chaired the global corporate practice at Edelman; and was a managing director at Burson. She specializes in guiding companies through transformative growth phases, helping them articulate their vision and connect authentically with customers, investors, and other key stakeholders. Kathy graduated from Northwestern University, receiving both a master’s degree in journalism and a bachelor’s degree in political science.
