David Wells has been a member of our Board of Directors since September 2020. David is considered a financial expert, having served as a public company Chief Financial Officer and Audit Committee Chair. He most recently served as the CFO of Netflix for 8 years from December 2010 to January 2019. During his time at Netflix, he served as overall head of Financial Planning & Analysis and spent two years living in and performing his role from the Netherlands as part of building up Netflix’s European operations. He currently serves as a director of Transferwise, a private technology company, where he is co-chairperson of the board of directors. He previously served as a director of The Trade Desk, a global public company that provides a technology platform for advertising buyers. David received a B.S. in Commerce and English from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A./M.P.P. Magna Cum Laude from the University of Chicago.
